Respond to reviews
Post a reply to a review on the site it came from, edit or remove a reply, and optionally have AI draft one for you.
Post a reply to a review on the site it came from, edit or remove a reply, and optionally have AI draft one for you.
Before you can post: the location's review site has to have response posting authorized (see Connect review sites). If it doesn't, saving a response returns a clear error naming connection or posting as the problem, and nothing is posted.
What happens when you save: the response is stored immediately and queued for posting to the live site. Posting usually completes within minutes. Each posted response counts against your plan's response allowance; when you hit the limit you get a clear error with the details in the response headers.
Using AI: Draft a response with AI writes a reply for you in the tone you pick. It doesn't post anything; you review the draft, then save it with Post or edit a response. AI drafts count against a separate allowance on your plan.
You'll need the review_id, which comes from Get reviews.
Prerequisites

Authorizationheader. Any endpoint that needs no token says so on its own page. - The id of each record the call targets. Every endpoint page lists the ids it needs.

401 | The bearer token is missing, expired or invalid |
403 | The token is valid but the record sits outside your account |
422 | The request failed validation — the response names the fields |
500 | Unexpected server error |
Individual endpoints may return more; each page lists its own.
