Retrieve Task Data

Retrieve review scraping task data and associated reviews using foreign_key, api_key, and publisher_key.

• Completed Tasks: Returns review data with pagination and deduplication.
• Incomplete Tasks: Provides task status information.
• Optionally, you may also provide task_id if available.
