Where is data stored (regions), and can we support data residency requirements?

Data is stored in AWS RDS.

Do we persist fetched reviews for re-download, or is it stateless?

The clients are required to store them.

Do we support delta mode (only new/changed reviews since timestamp)?

We don’t support delta mode; only quick and full scrape options are available. To fetch the most recent reviews, use the last_review_hashes parameter by supplying the hashes of the previous four reviews. The system will then return only reviews added after those.

Expected freshness by polling schedule (daily/weekly) and any publisher-specific lag notes?

Each request initiates a new data acquisition process within the system, distinct from any prior data. Consequently, data from previous scrapes is not transmitted. The system will execute the scraping utility for every new request submission.

Do we return owner responses (existing responses on the site) in Lite/Plus?

If a review has a response, it will be included in the review data payload.

Do we return overall_rating and review_count at the location level in Lite?

A histogram displaying the actual review count and rating is provided when a full scrape is requested. An example is shown below:

Can clients request “full historical” in one task?

Users can request full historical data by submitting the request with "first_page_only": false and an empty "last_review_hashes": [].

How is pagination returned (cursor vs page/size)? Max limit?

Page/size model with this structure:

Since (timestamp), date_range, limit, page, language, publisher, location_id/url, sort order, etc.?

Sorting is not defined. The data will be returned in JSON format with pagination, and users will be responsible for handling sorting independently. The review data encompasses all relevant values.
